Ok, here is my dust story! I live in Colorado now, but spent a few years (not my idea!) in Texas. In 2019, I was working on a project in Minnesota right around the time that a powerful wind storm picked up dust from Texas and deposited it along with snow in Minnesota. Lots of jokes were told about this during meetings in Minnesota, including that I kidded with my Minnesota contacts that they were now “touched by greatness.” (I really don’t think Texas is that great and I couldn’t wait to get out of there, apologies to Texas friends).

Hello Colorado– this is such a great example of dust travel and how we really do share everything. Thanks for listening and commenting.
