“You know the answer, you suspect
you are the only one in the classroom
who knows the answer, because the person
in question is yourself, and on that
you are the greatest living authority,“
“…because the person in question is yourself. “ Could it possible be that the teacher was asking the class who is responsible for committing some misdeed? And since the Apple eating student knew it was they that was the person in question they did not raise the hand to fess up. Only calm disinterest is shown. Better to look out the window.-

This one is so interesting and leaves me thinking. It makes me think of the possible peacefulness of not engaging in a conversation or an interaction where one could engage, could contribute, does have something to bring to the table…but there may be little benefit in doing so. One very intriguing aspect is the thought that the subject is the speaker and they are the foremost authority – but they still have decided they can keep still and be at peace.
