I liked the first read, heard the cyclical waiting, wanting of safe return first you, then the second dog who found home without first dog.
Then your gifts: pantoum pattern, birddogs bell like crickets, fiddle, water down a drain
Second performance enhanced by what I did not know.

i’ll try to rewrite what i wrote on the blog but don’t think it posted. i really enjoyed this especially the second time around. loved the repetitive chorus that said ‘dang! i’m worried mister!’ (your music falls to the gravel) this is such a wonderful medium for such an artist bard as yourself. thanks for taking us into your story. i was smiling the whole listen.
