To me the well represents the heart of the community. The rhythm of no sound, sound, sound… is like a heart beat. She pauses and notices the melting snow flakes fall into the well water. The source of Life. We are all one.

About Me

“I’m a retired Humanities professor, published essayist, poet, painter, singer, and old-time fiddle musician living on an historic two-hundred-acre farm in Eastern Oregon.
