  1. I enjoy listening to the German language because I don’t understand it. I sit back and enjoy the musicality and sounds; it’s like listening to a music score. When I hear father, father- I recognize these words and immediately I attach meaning to them, which is fine, but it is really satisfying to just listen to the music. Of course when we hear the English then all the meaning of the ballad comes along. It’s great to have both the German and the English.
