interesting dichotomies
so true. we need it. we want it. then we hate it and want it to stop. another formidable opponent to staying positive and looking on the bright side.
i too, love the fragrance but have never and hope that i never experience a flood. rain is beautiful this time of year. it’s good to be alive.
I agree about the flooding. I have thought about moving from fires and drought, but if I can choose I choose drought over hurricanes and flooding. Although floods, tremendously high winds, fire that creates its own weather are all such powerful forces–if only we had known what the results of human success would be. I told a friend recently– the bees and bumblebees are still coming to the flowers in the garden, and the garden still thrives because we have enough water this year from the well– though very little rain. Thanks for listening and for commenting. It’s interesting to know people’s thoughts.
